We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver and administer any work you instruct. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who support our business (for example email hosting), and with subcontractors or laboratories where needed to deliver instructed work, under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are retained in line with professional and legal obligations.

Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the site is used, and Google Ads tags, which measure enquiries that come from our adverts, only run if you accept them. Cookies needed to run the site and to remember your choice are always set. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser. The website is hosted by Webflow, which also receives and stores quote form submissions on our behalf. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
