Ben Lawry

Ben is a director of Clear Environmental, advising developers, investors and project teams on environmental and ground risks affecting property transactions, planning and development.

He has worked in geo-environmental consultancy since 2019 across commercial, industrial and residential property, with experience spanning environmental due diligence, contaminated land assessment, site investigation, remediation, ground conditions and drainage feasibility.

Ben’s approach is commercially focused: understand the decision the client needs to make, identify the risks that genuinely matter and resolve uncertainty with proportionate, technically robust advice. He works closely with clients and design teams to turn complex ground and environmental information into clear actions that keep projects moving.
